Synopsis

Tony and Heather allege that their seventeen-year-old daughter, Rae, experiences violent emotional outbursts that have required police intervention on at least eighty occasions. Adding to these difficulties, they also contend that Rae is pregnant. The morning before appearing on Dr. Phil, Rae reportedly confined her terminally ill mother within a vehicle. Will this family ever reach the stage where they can receive assistance from Dr. Phil? The story unfolds.
