Synopsis

Seventeen-year-old Ronald maintains he will not work, subsisting solely on a monthly allowance of $1,000 from his mother, Tyheisah. He insists the sum is woefully inadequate for his refined tastes and, to acquire designer items, demands an increase. Tyheisah, who works tirelessly – often exceeding 120 hours a week – to provide for his allowance, worries that refusing his requests will drive him to theft or other illicit means of acquiring money.
