Synopsis

Sandy believes her twenty-two-year-old son’s world has stopped since the death of his closest friend from a drug overdose. Her husband, however, struggles to comprehend the depth of his son's grief. Thomas, Sandy’s husband’s stepfather, views the young man as merely spoiled and recalcitrant, and has expressed a desire to evict him from the home.
