Synopsis

Ryann asserts that her sister, Stephanie, is deeply unstable, her delusional and paranoid tendencies unraveling her life and posing a threat to herself and her children. Ryann and their mother, Jode, suggest Stephanie’s self-destructive actions—including an arrest for alleged car theft and the pilfering of over one hundred keys from a dealership, another arrest for alleged resistance to arrest, and claims that the Italian Mafia protects her from stalkers—may stem from a combination of drug ad
