Synopsis

Waco and Alley allege that Waco’s mother, Stacy, and her husband, Jacob, are attempting to “steal” their three-year-old daughter, while Stacy and Jacob contend that the parents are neglectful. Waco, his mother, and his young daughter are enrolled members of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, and a Tribal Court granted Stacy and Jacob visitation.
