Synopsis

April, a breathtakingly beautiful 21-year-old, perceives only a monstrous visage reflected back at her. She confesses to believing her face is so repulsive that the only respite might lie in ending her life. For the past eleven years, she says she has devoted countless hours to her tormentor, the mirror. Driven by compulsion, April picks at her skin relentlessly – to the point where she believes she has developed scoliosis from perpetually hunching over her bathroom sink. Despite possessing feat
