Synopsis

Seeking to reunite a fractured family, Dr. Phil engages professional locator Troy Dunn to find Cindy and her husband, Rick, a couple who have spent the last two years living as the homeless in the flood tunnels beneath Las Vegas. Cindy’s four daughters yearn for a relationship with their estranged mother, though only if she can rebuild her life. After locating the couple in their subterranean dwelling and witnessing their daily struggle for survival, Troy extends them an opportunity for renewal.
