Synopsis

Before Beebe's big costume party, Skeeter has to tell Doug that they can't go because he believes that he and his family are going move to a new town. Doug can't believe Skeeter has to move, but then Skeeter secretly moves in with Doug in order to stay in Bluffington with his best friend.
