Synopsis

They came upon a temple, desolate and blackened by fire, its structure crumbling into ruin. Within its shadowed grounds, they encountered a man named Sabame, who held sway over the region. He offered them hospitality at his dwelling, recounting the history of the ruined temple and the malevolent spirit said to dwell there. Yet, Dororo and Hyakkimaru regarded his tale with a degree of skepticism, sensing a hidden truth beneath his words.
