Synopsis

At the park, Gian and Suneo teased Nobita mercilessly for his inability to skateboard, although Suneo generously offered him an old board to practice with. Discouraged by their taunts, Nobita turned to Doraemon for assistance, who produced a gadget called the "Otasuke Hat," designed to cushion falls during sliding sports.
