Synopsis

Dora and her companions were brimming with excitement for Friendship Day. Their joy quickly shifted, however, when they discovered that Swiper had taken all the friendship bracelets from across the globe. The bracelets would not glow unless worn by someone representing each country, so Dora generously offered to assist Swiper in returning them. Their journey led them to encounters with friends in France, Tanzania, Russia, and China.
