Synopsis

In the heart of the United Kingdom, Cesar finds himself assisting a Jack Russell terrier whose greetings to visitors manifest as frantic spins and bursts of barking. He also encounters two dogs recently returned from Africa, struggling with the readjustment to home life. And there's the case of a professional dog walker, quite adept at managing other canines, yet utterly at the mercy of her own spirited Patterdale terrier mix.
