Synopsis

Cesar is currently in the UK assisting with several challenging canine cases: two Jack Russell Terriers exhibiting reactivity on walks and towards unfamiliar people, a rescued street dog displaying excessive protectiveness toward her adopted family, and a Dalmatian struggling with behavioral issues both at home and during outdoor excursions.
