Synopsis

Halloween approaches, and before Dog and Beth can assist the children with their pumpkin carving, they have a prior engagement. It involves a series of visits to neighbors, but instead of seeking sweets, they are pursuing a fugitive. Their target is Robert, a tattoo artist known for repeatedly failing to appear in court. Dog's initial visit to Robert's residence yields a disturbing discovery: the man seems to amass an extensive collection of weapons. After questioning the residents, Dog proceeds
