Synopsis

Nestled in Adachi Ward, this expansive “golf course” defies typical expectations for Tokyo. Accessible twenty-four hours a day, throughout the year, it draws a thousand visitors daily – a far cry from the image of a pastime reserved for the affluent. Instead, a surprisingly varied clientele frequents its greens. Mothers arrive for a late-night game after their children are asleep, while older men gather at dawn. Most striking are the solitary figures who swing their clubs in quiet concentration.
