Synopsis

In Kottoi, a port town nestled in Yamaguchi Prefecture, fishermen from across Japan converge, drawn by the promise of exceptional squid. The squid harvested from these waters are prized for their luminous sheen and exquisite flavor, commanding prices of several thousand yen each at local restaurants.
