Synopsis

In Shibetsu Town, Hokkaido, Japan, a persistent wind whispers through the autumn air each year during salmon season. Drawn to this place, a cohort of young people arrives seemingly from nowhere. Distinctive for their dreadlocks and bold earrings, they are known as “Shakebai,” an unconventional presence in the town.
