Naraha Machi, in Fukushima, lies within twenty kilometers of the nuclear plant where the accident occurred. Rail lines, dormant since the earthquake, finally reopened this June, linking the town once more to the city by train. Yet, only nine services run daily. Many residents are still restricted from overnight stays and have sought refuge elsewhere.
