Synopsis

In Nishiyanagigase, a shopping street within Gifu City, nearly ninety percent of the shops now stand shuttered. The vibrant nights of the city's past have faded, yet life persists. A food vendor, working for close to fifty years, continues her trade. An elderly man cleans the street as a part-time job. Young people are devising plans for events within the vacant storefronts.
