Synopsis

Nestled at 1,350 meters on Mount Adatara in Fukushima Prefecture, the mountain lodge has stood for sixty years. For climbers ascending its slopes, it offers a sanctuary to rest and shed the strain of the ascent. A hot spring and lodging are available. Here, a party of four prepares their equipment after a respite, before continuing their climb towards the summit.
