A Chinese restaurant, boasting generous portions of ramen, dumplings, nira-reba sets, and other dishes, provides a constant backdrop to suburban Tokyo. Situated along a busy roadside, it welcomes customers from dawn until long after midnight. A couple seeks warmth and sustenance at 6:00 AM, while young workers, fresh from part-time jobs, arrive at 1:00 AM.
