Its initiative focuses on young people from rural communities who have left school or faced difficulties with communal living, including those with past involvement in legal trouble. The "Yankee Intern" program provides them with practical sales skills and cultivates the qualities that employers value. Roughly three hundred graduates have since secured positions with prominent IT firms.
