Synopsis

In February, we observed the "Giant Job Fair" in Tokyo. The three-day event drew participation from over 300 companies and attracted more than 10,000 job seekers from all over Japan. Attendees came with diverse motivations: those seeking a career shift due to dissatisfaction with their current roles, individuals escaping hostile work environments, and those compelled to adjust their schedules for family obligations.
