Synopsis

The blood donation bus journeys across the vast expanse of Hokkaido, a vital lifeline in a region facing a persistent shortage of donors. Ironically, Hokkaido boasts the highest rate of blood donation in Japan. In this sparsely populated land, the bus serves a critical purpose. We meet a farmer who has given blood nearly a hundred times, a young man convinced that altruism fosters good fortune, and a salaryman who finds a sense of renewal after each donation. Over three days, traveling through H
