Synopsis

In Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, a community of 3,000 Muslims resides. Following the events of September 11th, many harbor unfavorable assumptions about Muslims; however, their true nature is one of warmth and kindness. Each October, they observe Ramadan, a month dedicated to fasting during daylight hours. During the final three days of this observance, we spent time with these individuals, listening to their candid reflections on their livelihoods, families, and beliefs.
