Opened in 2015, Terminal 3 at Narita Airport, designed for low-cost airlines, has steadily grown in popularity as travelers embrace the allure of budget airfare. Despite being situated some 600 meters from the nearest train station—a considerable inconvenience for those with heavy luggage—approximately 20,000 people pass through this terminal daily.
