A short walk from the renowned Shibuya intersection in Tokyo lies a post office open around the clock. In recent years, this postal hub has seen a surge in package deliveries, largely fueled by the growing popularity of online flea market applications among people of all ages. During late April and early May of 2019, Shibuya pulsed with excitement as the Reiwa era began. For three days encompassing this period, we spoke with customers at Shibuya Post Office around the clock – a woman dispatching
