Tokyo Camii, one of the city's most significant mosques, serves as a communal hub for the Muslim community of Tokyo. Devotees from more than fifty nations gather within its walls: a Pakistani man married to a Japanese woman, a Japanese convert, and an Indonesian student striving toward his aspirations in Japan.
