Synopsis

At a drive-through restaurant in Niigata Prefecture, a surprising number of patrons consistently order the "Italian" – a comforting plate of fried noodles smothered in meat sauce. Intrigued, we spent three days asking these customers what kept them returning to this familiar dish.
