In Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture, a sprawling secondhand clothing store boasts racks overflowing with a hundred thousand garments – jackets, jeans, sweaters, and more. Its clientele is as diverse as its inventory: a woman with a penchant for oversized men's wear, a man who enjoys a quiet drink while surveying his collection of pre-owned finds at home, and a high school student who favors clothes from her father’s wardrobe.
