Masks obscure half of the face, yet eyebrows command attention. At the hair and makeup salon in Namba, Osaka, roughly eighty percent of clientele seek brow services. We spoke with individuals like an office worker who, during video calls, became acutely aware of unruly brows, and a woman relieved of past eyebrow concerns.
