Beneath Tokyo's Kasai Station lies a vast parking facility capable of accommodating ten thousand bicycles. Throughout the day, from the first hint of dawn until the late hours, workers, students, and daily commuters deposit their bikes within its confines. Among them are a cleaner heading towards central Tokyo on the morning train, two high school students keeping a cautious distance due to the coronavirus, and a woman juggling two jobs to provide for her family.
