Synopsis

Valerie continues to hero-worship Penny, and Heston's reaction to the news that Daniel wants his consulting room brings out the fight in Mrs Tembe. Penny meets a couple whose marriage is threatened by a secret - can she help them without breaking patient confidentiality?
