Synopsis

Ruhma finds herself trapped on the outreach bus with a prostitute who has gone into labour and is experiencing a psychotic episode. As Ayesha tends to another medical crisis, Mrs Tembe makes a drastic decision. And Daniel discovers what a small world it is.
