Synopsis

Theodore, a sea turtle of considerable timidity, possessed a secret: his old friend Hermie, a celebrated toy and champion of the annual Splash Dance, now resided with Doc. News of Hermie's presence, and his championship title, only deepened Theodore’s shyness. Recognizing his friend’s struggle, Doc and his companions resolved to help Theodore find his courage.
