Synopsis

Louie, a man of slight stature but considerable enthusiasm, possessed a quirk with his volume control. A minor imperfection, really, but one that resulted in a tendency towards booming pronouncements. He wasn't intentionally loud; the switch simply didn’t cooperate, sending his voice careening into the stratosphere whenever he attempted to speak.
