Synopsis

Following Lila’s emergency, the strained atmosphere between Frances and Robert begins to dissipate. However, a ruthless maneuver by Frances’ new lawyer ignites a vengeful impulse in Robert. A chance meeting at the grocery store sharpens Diane's understanding of her own desires for motherhood. At Frances’ gallery opening, she makes a heartfelt confession to her father and is taken aback by the arrival of an unforeseen guest.
