Synopsis

He was a musician adrift, she in the throes of her husband’s ruin. Their crises were distinct, yet bound by a shared desperation. She suspected he was pilfering her jewels, and brought him to the district attorney. Roberto took the case, and was stunned to discover the culprit was his closest friend. A further, improbable twist revealed the thief and his accomplice were uncanny doppelgängers. Meanwhile, Angela and Roberto planned their anniversary, both envisioning a car as the perfect gift.
