This turned out to be quite an interesting experience. It was exactly what I needed—a break from those predictable, frequently repeated storylines that are often explained in a way that feels condescending. Elsewhere manages to forge its own path instead. Each development catches you off guard, and most importantly, it makes you feel like your intelligence is valued and you're being challenged, just as the game’s characters are. You begin to wonder if what you’re experiencing is really a game, and while completely absorbed in it, you find yourself thinking about our current times and society, but without sacrificing any of the enjoyment. It’s disappointing that all this careful construction led to an ending that felt hurried and unresolved. I hoped the same creativity and cleverness displayed by each character would be evident in the writer's ability to bring this elaborate pursuit to a proper conclusion. Because of the letdown at the finish, I have to rate it 3.5 stars; otherwise, it easily could have been a full 5. Nevertheless, I encourage everyone to give it a try because, for the most part, it’s a wonderful story and will undoubtedly inspire future writers—perhaps some will even be able to craft the ending that it truly deserves.
