Synopsis

The sudden abandonment of an exotic bird ranch in Loxahatchee, Florida, has left the fate of some seven hundred valuable birds hanging in the balance, giving rise to a strange and unsettling mystery. A search is now underway for the missing owners: Moses Lall, age thirty-one, and his aunt Lila, thirty-six years old.
