Synopsis

While the Pteranodon children frolic near their nest, a scattering of seedpods drops from a nearby tree, gently striking Don on the head. This incident sparks a conversation about the distance things can fall – perhaps even from space itself? Buddy muses aloud that if a star were close enough, it might even land on Earth! On the Dinosaur Train, the Conductor explains that objects do indeed fall from the heavens. Massive space rocks, known as asteroids, sometimes impact our planet, and when they
