Synopsis

Buddy and Tiny begin to ponder whether the Triassic period marked the very dawn of time, and if anything preceded the age of dinosaurs. Driven by curiosity, they board the Dinosaur Train, where Mr. Conductor guides them back to the earliest days of the Triassic in search of answers. There, amidst the Triassic landscape, Buddy, Tiny, Mom, and Mr. Conductor encounter Erma Eoraptor, who readily agrees to explore the question of what lay before the Triassic with them.
