Synopsis

On a quest for the perfect pork, Guy travels from one end of the country to the other. In Saint Simons Island, Georgia, he discovers a barbecue restaurant where the pit master has honed his pulled pork recipe since childhood. Further west, in Bellevue, Kentucky, he encounters a local cafe crafting Andouille sausage from scratch. Finally, in Long Beach, California, he finds a neighborhood institution known for its honey-marinated pork chops filled with tart Granny Smith apples and cranberries.
