Synopsis

Guy Fieri explores three establishments where history is served. In New Orleans, he discovers an oyster bar untouched since 1919, where oysters are still shucked by hand. He finds a neighborhood eatery in Pittsburgh, where Mama Nadine prepares roast beef with gravy. And in Nebraska, Big Mama serves up her grandmother's soul food within the walls of a vintage cafeteria.
