Synopsis

Guy Fieri journeys across the country, seeking out authentic, down-home cuisine. In Oklahoma City, he discovers a rustic eatery specializing in slow-cooked pork ribs and yam-fried chicken. He also visits a Garland, Utah institution, a nearly century-old establishment renowned for its legendary breads, sandwiches, and desserts. Finally, in Denver, he encounters a restaurant offering a modern, paleo-inspired take on beloved comfort food.
