Synopsis

His journey begins outside San Antonio, Texas, at a sprawling complex renowned for its Texas-style brisket, ribs, and other smoked meats. Next, in New Orleans, he explores a vibrant blend of Carolina, Memphis, and uniquely local barbecue styles. Finally, in Mississippi, he discovers a genuine family-run establishment where the locals favor a sweet sauce on everything from ribs and brisket to wings.
