Synopsis

In Toronto, Guy seeks out a venerable Jewish deli, its fare a testament to time-honored smoked meat sandwiches and exuberantly rich, homemade knishes. Crossing the border into Orange County, California, he discovers a husband and wife operating a food truck, creatively blending Singaporean flavors into dishes like chili crab cakes and lamb burgers.
