Synopsis

On this journey, Guy indulges in some truly exceptional fare. In Washington, D.C., he discovers a soul food establishment serving chicken wings drenched in a tangy, homemade buffalo sauce. He then visits a lively music venue in Kansas City, Missouri, where they prepare bacon-wrapped hot dogs, beer-battered and deep-fried to perfection. Finally, in Salem, Massachusetts, a seafood shack offers a lobster martini—and, yes, it’s served with the claw.
