Synopsis

As Puppetmon commanded Garbagemon to assault the DigiDestined, Matt retreated and encountered Cherrymon. The creature persuaded him to challenge Tai, asserting that Tai was the root of Matt’s own insecurities. Returning to his companions, Matt demanded a fight from Tai, just as Puppetmon struck down Cherrymon. Before his demise, Cherrymon warned the villain not to underestimate the DigiDestined's inherent strength.
