Synopsis

Dexter and Mandark, with their customary ingenuity, animated the colossal figures of Lincoln and Washington, lifted from the granite faces of Mount Rushmore. Then, unleashing a torrent of chaos, they set the mechanical presidents loose upon the unsuspecting world.
